Tire Tracking PortalIf a tire is repairable, section or spot repair is a cost-efficient way to prolong the life of a tire.
For a spot repair, we start by cutting out and replacing the injured section; once refilled, the rubber is cured and hardened back to its original texture. We can also complete cable replacements sidewall and tread section repair or replacement, or patches for smaller tires. Rather than replacement, these options provide users with a safe and more environmentally friendly option to prolong tire use.
Bead repair – If a bead is eroded or cut, repair may be possible by buffing out the problem area and fixing.
Foam filling can flat-proof your tires and prolong their life in certain applications. This process fills tires with a liquid polyurethane which cures into a solid elastomer.
This process renders them immune to flats and is an excellent option for extreme operating conditions. Foam filling your OTR tires might be an option - call us for details!

Rotating your tires can improve their performance and extend their life. We recommend rotating your tires every 6 months or 6,000-8,000 kms.
That depends on a lot of different factors - what type of vehicle you drive, what type of driver you are, how much you want to pay or your most common driving terrain. We can help you determine which tires are the best fit for you and your family.
